One of your company truck almost killed me this afternoon around 3:30pm.He was driving so fast on 60km while I was exit from freeway to Maning road. He was at super speed and very close to me while while he changed the lane and he did it to scare me by intent. It was only a inch distance. Thank god I am alive.I am giving bad reviews because it was your business truck and I can see how you guys represent your business with those idiots on the road.Find that guy who drove that truck around 3:20-3:30 pm on freeway south from canning highway. Whoever is that driver, he is very hazardous bloke.

These guys are legends. our business has been broken into twice within the last 4 weeks and Prompt have been super quick to respond to securing the site (both times between 1am and 3am I should add) and cleaning up, as well as returning to replace the damaged panels. I won't be going anywhere else in future and would recommend them to anyone.

I would definitely recommend this company. I have Epilepsy and after a seizure on Sunday had a broken window. It was instantly replaced and incredible service. However today had a issue with a the lock on it but the guy came and fixed it with no problem. No charge and a lock I can't stop staring at. Thanks guys for turning a bad week into a good week and you've got a customer who will happily stay with you. You guys are complete legends

We were really happy with the Prompt Glass guy who responded to our call to replace glass door after a break in. At 6pm he had a couple of jobs distant suburbs away but promised to come by 8.30pm. He was very efficient and friendly, cleaned up after himself and suggested good options for replacement. He lived ages away so we were so pleased with his positive energy.
