Hybrid Chinese x Fish and Chips x burger shop. Tried their spicy ribs and some noodles and they were fantastic. Great value! Just bring cash (or be prepared to bank transfer)

Just stopped in for a snack amazing food friendly staff

Food was average at best. Chips were overcooked and cold/soggy when got home. Chinese food was bland and tasteless. Honey pepper lamb was very watery and not sure was even lamb. Peking style pork ribs were basically fat. We will never return. Shame because old Sunny used to be real good. Looks like a new crew have taken over.

The food may be an attraction , but the ugliness of the exterior of the building ( 55 Mitchel St Chifley ) is horrific !The owners must be making a huge income and yet they can not be bothered to modernize and make the facade of building and interior more attractive. The many different types of building materials all thrown together on the facade are an eyesore to the neighborhood. Just wondering how clean the back kitchen / storage area is ? Also wish the owners would spend more time removing rubbish customers throw on the ground outside their shop.I am sure many people who drive past would stop at the cafe if it looked modern and more aesthetic, instead of looking like a dilapidated shop in a developing country!

Great little shop. Friendly staff. Always remember your order as a regular. Huge menu choices. Very interesting little shop they don't have too many business like this one anymore.

Sunny's takeaway has a huge range. There's the traditional burgers, fish and chips etc... that you'd expect to find in a takeaway, plus there is a Chinese menu available too. The prices are very reasonable and when we were there, there was a steady stream of customers which was good to see.

Hidden Gem!Best most affordable mixed food corner takeaway in the eastern subs, quick service very reasonable prices from fish n chips, Chinese food, burgers shoe string fries healthy options also available. Gets busy at peak times so order ahead by phone.

I've been buying from Sunny's since I was a teenager. Whenever I feel like fish, cups and scallops or a great burger, I go to Sunny's. Best scallops ever.
