Absolute appalling service, if you don't want to do your job and take our order you should look for a new job. It may of been 30 minutes before closing time but for the lady to roll her eyes and walk out the back and pick up her phone and not take our order maybe you should get an office job answering phones.

10 minutes for worker to come out from the back and even acknowledge us, even though he saw us waiting, also wiping wet hands on his shirt.Started to order and told they had no noodles!!!Walked out!

I really should have read the reviews beforehand because everything written happened, highlight of the meal was the seafood laksa with only tofu. He then blamed us. Never again, back to Ingle farm.

Ditto to all the recent reviews, not acknowledged for 5 minutes, he's working on his own, didn't have any chicken, didn't get any apologies for it. Terrible attitude , terrible service

Slow service and the food was only just warm so not cooked through. Had to throw out the food because could trust that it had been cooked properly!! Terrible!!

Didn’t eat was worried about food poisoning. Spent $40 on food to have no flavour, soggy spring rolls and gelatinous questionable chicken. I can’t even blame the staff member who was so overwhelmed because there was only one staff member rostered for a Saturday night and 16 orders of food to be completed. Roster more staff because your food is suffering as a result, not to mention the mental health of your staff member! The customers who walked away due to the wait time were probably done a favour in this case.

Due to Noodle Box Golden Grove still being closed after renovations, reluctantly attended Wokinabox, also after calling 10 times to pre order with no answer! One person, on their own at around 6 on a Saturday night, not acceptable. Had to wait at least 30 minutes from ordering until receiving my order. Witnessed a family attend to order tea, told be half an hour or so, they left. Who's ever the Franchise or owner of this store, you are digging a hole to going broke or causing an outbreak of illness. Way too much onion in most meals, no prawns in both my kids Combination boxes, sounding very similar to previous reviews! Won't be back, and will tell many more.

***DO NOT ORDER HERE*** unless you want half filled containers charged at full price. Uber eats are also useless as they will do nothing about it

Waiting at the counter for nearly 10 minutes only to asked to wait 10 minutes before I would get served I said No and left Standing watching how the food was prepared kinda really put me off how scabby it looked Honestly don’t think I’ll ever bother to return. Noodle Box is much better option
