Unfortunately had to rate a star to make comment or it would be no stars Absolutely useless in here staff have no idea,don't listen im assuming it was the supervisor well she needs to look at her attitude will not go there again a nd switch phone companies

Staff helpful with my phone problem but didn't have the right cord & charger so had to buy more expensive separates to do the job. Cost at least twice the price as much $60. Being a pensioner I wasn't impressed when I went to Officeworks for something else and there were the cords etc I was after for $21 !!!!! (Not living in Bny I didnt know I could get stuff like that there). Went back to Optus and asked for my money back and after some umming and ahhing the manager was kind enough to refund me.
