Shop tender is friendly that's about it.The experience didn't live up to the expectation. No drink was offered as advertised. Conversation run dry with the newbie taking ages massaging with his clippers and I didn't want to hear about cronulla demographic. Still expensive for a simple cut. All products are above $30 (even the tiniest fiol of shave cream). The concept is interesting, the service and ambiance weren't there.

Best barbers in Cronulla. Extremely talented and passionate about their craft. They know their stuff. Excellent atmosphere, really cool shop. You'll need to be willing to wait for a while though. So put your name down in the book and then go grab a coffee nearby.

The critical reviews of Men's Republic couldn't be more accurate. They cut based on their own strengths rather than your request.Most of the barbers are unconcerned and heavy-handed, with the exception of a couple. They also decide a new price for you to pay each time you visit, $50 for a shape up.When I first started going, I liked the guys and got lucky with the main barber, but I'll be looking to get a trim elsewhere from now on.

I don’t believed on reviews at all. But I want to make it clear for everyone. The team and Steve are absolutely the most professional Barbers in the Shire without question. After 2 years trying to find a proper barber I am finally happy with the haircut. Yes isn’t cheap but the staff will go out of their way to make sure you had the best time ! Thanks again guys !

One of the best barbers in Sydney (Australia even?) is in Cronulla. Sharp cuts and close shaves at a reasonable price by professionals. Can get busy so prepare to wait but the dedicated waiting area/lounge is comfortable and not the worst place in the world to kill time.

Went there for the first time and was pleasantly surprised, Dylan gave me an awesome cut. The shop has a good atmosphere with friendly barbers who care about what they do - the results will show, and you'll leave feeling happy and with a good cut!

Worst hair cut. If you want a decent fade... go somewhere else.I never review anything but couldn't let this go.Not welcoming, arrogant, careless and aggressive brushing.If you go to a cafe and ask for a cappuccino, you'd also be confused if they served you an espresso instead, you could say its not that bad, but its not what I asked for.If you can't do it properly, don't do it.Middle of the week and no one waiting, so there is no excuse.Shop is nicely furnished but came out looking like a mushroom, cuts hair like shaving a yeeros (objective observation).

Always great service when I get a cut! Staff are polite and accommodating. Recently had a cut by the lady and she proceeded to cut my hair her way, instead of what I asked for! Happy to pay the price but only for I ask.

Off the main strip and tucked into a Cronulla back lane, you have to know it's there. Nice atmosphere and the talented boys take their jobs seriously. Clever atmosphere and waiting area, sets the mood nicely. Certainly more upmarket than your basic quick cut shop. Not somewhere I'd go on a regular basis , but good for when you want pamper yourself a bit. Watching them do the long-blade wet shaves brought back memories of the Barber shops in the days of old. Worth a visit.
