Castletown Flower Hut

Rang up and organised some flowers to be delivered for my wife for her birthday as a suprise and made sure before ordering that they were going to be able to be delivered before 3pm when she finished. I was assured that this would be all ok. They ran my wife at 4 asking if she was still at work which cleary she wasnt so they advised they will drop them to our house. The flowers finally showed up at 6 ocolck as we were walking out the door to go to dinner with no apology for the mistake, poor customer service and I will not be using this company again.

Castletown flower hut were so amazing for my wedding. Heather was so professional and her communication and organisation was immaculate. There were many lovely comments on the flowers from my guests. The bouquets were colourful and fresh and even better than I could have imagined. The pricing was also amazing. I highly recommend using them for wedding and events!

My son ordered flowers to be sent to my work. They never arrived!!! 4 days LATER after my son called them, they arrived. Nothing like he ordered & flowers were going brown. When he called to ask where they were & what happened, he was told they didn’t have the one’s he wanted in stock. He was never called and told this. They took his money & and just didn’t deliver. No apologies- nothing. If my son had not spoilt his surprise & asked me if I got my surprise, we would have been none the wiser. Absolutely disgraceful service. Will never use them again & will be telling others.

I was impressed of the friendliness and warm welcome I received from staff when I entered into the shop. I did not feel pressure to buy and staff was so helpful providing all the information I needed to decide what kind of flowers for the special occasion I had in mind. The price was reasonable and staff was courteous. I highly recommend this service and would not have any hesitance to return to the shop in a near future.

Excellent prompt same day delivery of a gift basket for my friends birthday. The delivery person (thanks J!) texted me 30 min before delivery too.My friend was really happy with the beautiful presentation and the products. I'm all for supporting local businesses which I have done for this company many times but never again. I arranged this arrangement 8wks out to be delivered to myself on Christmas eve for my family Christmas eve dinner ,this being the table centrepiece to then take to my mums grave on Christmas morning.It's named Christmas granduer and there was nothing grand about this at all.I paid $155 plus $20 delivery and it is the last bunch of flowers me or my family will buy from castletown flower hut.I contacted the florist straight away to be told that although I purchased on their website it's not their picture it belongs to petals network.Flowers cost more at Christmas and in North Queensland. They offered to do a replacement bunch after I had heard the staff member mocking me on the phone , she says should be this BLAH blah blah she says should be that blah blah blah "

1 star because I can't give any lower.Next time I will just use someone else other than Castletown Flower Hut.I ordered the flowers a day ahead of time and confirmed they could be delivered. On the day, the delivery guy, despite having clear instructions on where to go and who to speak to, wandered the halls to the wrong department. By chance asked someone where my partner worked that new my partner. Then had that person call my partner to tell her there were flowers being delivered for her which ruined the surprise.Then to top it off, they actually were not delivered to her.The delivery guy simply left at a nurses station and walked out of the building Only because someone else saw the delivery guy walking away did they secure the flowers and called my partner to retrieve them.That, I feel, for the money, was the worse part. Your agreement says you cannot track the delivery and in this case, it was only sheer luck that the flowers got to my partner.Really not impressed.
