Cogen Consult are a fraudulent company. They pretend to sell shoes from Australia. But they are selling from China. They use a company called fristpay to process payments. They are also fraudulent. I purchased Naot boots from them and received fake brand name boots 3 sizes too small, worth about $25.00. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!! I did not post this review on Process Simulation Consulting. Someone has moved it there. Both companies have the same phone number though!!!
