The team at CNW Electrical Wholesalers on Zillmere Road have clearly made a mark, surprised to hear that they have been providing services to electrician’s for over 70 years (locally owned and operated (<3):- that speaks highly enough.On approach I noticed that there was a team member helping a customer to his ute with items; on entering I was greeted by a phantom voice and that caused a giggle. A team member appeared from behind a desk over the back. Stopping immediately what he was working on.There was a very direct issue that was posed to the team member Ben, who took on board what was asked and when Mark came to check something on the counter computer, Ben double checked with him, and this interruption was of no bother at all to Mark. Both team members we focused on helping and importantly ensure they had the information and details they needed before giving an answer. Ben politely left Mark to help on this matter. Mark asked if he could have 5 minutes to double check a couple of things he would do that immediately, of course, of course. Mark spoke to Brent (the big boss) and it was a team effort by all involved to help and that they did, bless them.The entire team clearly enjoy their work, have fun, all have good working relationships and certainly took on this ‘challenge’ to come up with a reply; a delightful and unexpected immediate outcome.This experience with CNW confirms the 70 plus years of service is well earned and that the CNW team enjoy being a local electrical wholesaler team, with no challenge too small or great;- great work team.
