I had an urgent surveyor issue that another company couldn't solve on a weekend after hours. Daniel and his team attended to the issue and our site under VERY short notice and have now rectified the other companies mistake, Daniel's skillset has helped us get power to our house. I needed retrospective planning after building an outhouse. I was forwarded Developed properties contact details. I spoke with Ryan who discussed options and in due course Ryan lodged the plans with wanneroo shire . After only a month from start to finish the plans have been approved. We were introduced to Developed by a 3rd party to undertake a subdivision, survey & manage a demolition. The house had a common roof with the neighbours across the storerooms. We were assured that they deal with all these matters all the time and how they managed our process they are experts. I have never used a private Town Planner before .. what a GREAT first time experience! I had a very tricky issue with a local government planning department. I was recommended Daniel @ Developed by my surveyor.As soon as I engaged with Daniel, not only did he expedite the situation, but in a short time, he had the outcome that I was wanting!Daniel has a very friendly, easy-going and professional manner.
