Touch of Class Garages & Verandahs

By far the worst experience we’ve had purchasing a shed and permits through these guys. Endless unprofessional emails, calls and dealings with the company for over 12 months! Ryan and team happy to request money and threaten further costs ($$ storage for shed per day but no permit to put it up) We now have a shed in dribs and drabs that was delivered and dumped with permits that are unusable and need to redone by a professional draftsman and surveyor! Not all all site specific as advertised as they have never seen the site. Constant phone calls/emails to chase up what they should have been doing and have received emails back saying ‘blah blah blah’. Cannot describe the unprofessionalism. Provided them all correct information and even questioned some things about nil cut/fill and our SLIGHT slope with no response. Incorrect information on our permits with planning and building permits that don’t even correlate, which was correctly provided and need to be redone but someone who knows who they are doing. No idea where the thousands of dollars we paid have gone too. Yet to erect the shed - so let’s hope everything was provided in the multiple different deliveries without invoices. NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! Absolutely disgraceful.

Well done Ryan, Rory, Gage and Harley. You were prompt, communicated well, left the site safe for all our little animals each day and the quality of work as excellent. Would absolutely recommend TOC.

Ryan was verry helpful and always took the time to discuss our project, he organised everything we needed to build our garage as owner builders and always kept us informed on the progress of our kit, whenever we needed to contact ryan he would get back to us promptly, we are now planing a veranda build and will definitely speak to the team at touch of class again

I am so absolutely thrilled from start to finish with Touch of Class. A tree had fallen through our garage and destroyed it. I only made one phone call to get a quote because he was so straight down the line kind and professional, he wrote up the quote for the insurance company, got all the council permits written up and in the time we waited for the council permits, he'd call us just touching base letting us know it's all processing. The communication was amazing twice daily most days with progress photos being sent through . If you love professional communication and high-end results, don't bother getting second quotes else where, this is all you need. I had Touch of class build my garage and they did an excellent job. I found them great to deal with and very professional. They did everything from the concrete slab to the construction of the garage and all necessary permits, I needed both building and town planning permits and both of these were obtained by Ryan and his admin team, Ryan also helped save me a lot of money by suggesting some small changes to our origional plan to avoid extra costs and still comply with council regs for town planning and his experience in this area was really helpful. I'm super happy with the end result, highly recommend these guys!

Touch of class garages and verandahs supplied my DIY garage. It is fantastic it Feels so sturdy. I was quoted this shed by three other companies and most were very competitive but after talking to Ryan and hearing his knowledge and the extras he put into my design to make it just that little better I was sold. The fact it is all Australian materials was huge bonus for us as we did want to make sure we support Aussie products.Only thing that went wrong with the whole thing is that my windows didn’t turn up with my garage. I called Ryan and this was sorted and we had them two days later. Very happy with Ryan and Shaylagh from Touch of classWe have since gone back and bought a garden shed from Ryan. This was so easy my self and my wife put it together in know time.

Such a great company, excellent workman ship. Very Polite, kept me informed every step of the way. Couldn’t believe how great my new garage looked! Very impressed from start to finish, even cleaned up spotless before they left, and even cleaning my gutters on the house for free, bonus! Would definitely recommend!!!
