Visited in store and the customer service was appalling. The girl that greeted me had dark hair and was quiet young and appeared to be new as she knew very little. However was exceptionally rude. I would never recommend this day spa

If you're thinking of getting any piercing or your baby's/child's ears pierced, I highly recommend go and see the ladies at Aaqua Marine Day Spa Tuncurry. They will look after you.They pierced my baby girl's ears with precision and professionalism. We were in and out in 5 mins, as they didn't waste any time. They were very careful and my little girl was over the experience before we got back in the car. 100% recommend.

i went here for a septum piercing. although the girl was super nice towards me and my friends who also got piercings done, my experience was very unprofessional. my septum is crooked and they had to re do it twice as they lost the first hole. a young lady (not the piercer) was also quite rude to me, when they lost the hole i asked what was going on and told them i was a bit freaked out as i didn’t know what was going on. she then proceeded to say to me “do you want this piercing or not” in a rude manner. They also struggled to thread the jewellery through after the second time it was re done after they lost the first hole. the ball then later fell off my horse shoe jewellery about two hours later. the original piercer was extremely kind but it didn’t seem professional.

A big thank you to Cath ! Facial, spray tan and manicure. She went above and beyond to get me wedding ready. Would highly recommend and would defiantly be going back. Cath was so welcoming and lovely.

Had an amazing massage and facial. Only fault to this place is their rooms are not sound proof at all. While trying to enjoy my massage I could hear the ladies conversation word for word in the room next to me, and could hear the annoying screeching of the nail drill perfectly. The lady massaging me was awesome and turned the music up to help drown out the sound without me needing to ask.

Omg! I love this place got my ears pierced done there and it was the best experience ever. I will 100% go back to try out their other amazing stuff they have to offer. Don't walk, run!!!!
