Arren and the team at mycar Macquarie are extremely reliable, honest and efficient operators. Would recommend them very highly. Went above and beyond with the recent repair of my vehicle.

Very poor service and a rip off!!! Warning** do not pay for the convenience being in a shopping centre. They did not communicate, wanted me to unnecessarily change all 4 tyres and charge me double the price of the tyres!! Plus to add salt to the wound charged $61 for a failed inspection! Do not waste your money and time!!!

I had my car leaking engine oil in the morning on my way to work.. I just dropped the car to my car tyre and auto here, Moey is super friendly, while i was waiting here, he is trying to get every single customers even I feel like they are under staffed. Great service. Also booked in my next service here.

A huge shout out to Aaron for his impeccable service today. After an unexpected puncture occurred, Aaron was able to fit me in same day to have this repaired.Aaron was able to liaise with my fleet company to make arrangements outside of my initial needs and had the job done within the expected time frame. Little things like coming in front of the counter to give me directions to exit safely from the premises make all the difference and he obviously knows how to add value to a customer experience.Absolute confidence in the service of MyCar Macquarie Centre, particularly that from my attendant Aaron! First time attending MyCar Macquarie. Entry is via the Herring Road ramp to the rooftop parking. Plenty of parking space out the front of the shop.Took the car in on a Saturday to get a tyre replaced and to see if any of the other tyres needed replacing. Had the pleasure of dealing with Aaron. I found him to be friendly and professional during my interaction with him.After dropping off the car, I was kept up to date by phone in relation to what needed to occur to my vehicle and was provided with the details pertaining to cost and time required to carry out the service.When the service was completed, I was informed via text that my car was ready. Although only one tyre required changing, it was a pleasant surprise to see all four tyres sprayed with tyre shine.The fact that they open until 4pm on a Saturday makes it so much easier to accommodate for those of us enslaved to the Monday to Friday rat race. The entire process fit in well to the usual lunch and weekly grocery run at Mac Centre. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the experience and service provided.

Beware these rip-off merchants.They will try to upsell you like no tomorrow and if you refuse you'll get some backhanded comment. Was charged for a wheel alignment despite refusing when asked.They also deliberately avoid showing you an itemised invoice before you pay so it's harder to dispute after the fact.Avoid at all costs. I am reporting this mob to the ACCC and fair trading

We have four tyres replaced in MyCar when they got a promotion. A couple of months later, we bumped into the kerb and one tyre needed to be replaced. We are so happy that the tyre was replaced free under the Free Tyre Care Plan. We also have the wheel alignment done at that time. Lately

Peter at MyCar is wonderful, he is very knowledgable and friendly where he assisted me with all my car needs. All works were done in a Timely and punctual manner. Very efficient, and clean workshop. Will recommend and return in future.
