Michelle was really helpful and nice, she provided all the information I needed. She didn't push me to buy the item that I didn't really like. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience for a first timer (MK newbie) like me.

All the staff are lovely and extremely helpful. Sok always goes out of her way to assist me. Her customer service is next level and she always remembers my name. She is an asset to your company and should be commended.

DO NOT GO HERE! I purchased a bag 2 months ago and recently the strap buckle was sticking out and poking my thigh. I went to them 1 week ago to ask for a repair and they first said there's nothing wrong with it, however when I spoke to other people who work in retail they agreed this should not be happening. After going back to them the day after they said they would take a look at it. I received a phone call from them today, to pick up the bag. When I went to the store the bag did not look the same as my original one, having a new stain on the side of the bag. The worker said it was not their fault, even though there was no stain when I handed it to them before the repair. I just arrived home to try the bag again, which they had removed the straps without instructions on how to put it back on. When I finally put the strap back on the same problem arose but worse. I called them up and they said they fixed it, which it was clear they didn't. I apparently spoke to 3 managers and they all said sorry we can't fix it

Good place. But variety of products are not that much. Otherwise its okay. The staffs are very friendly and helpfull..
