Worst ever plumbing services!!! My husband organized the service because he believes it's local and they would be responsible otherwise they can't be in business for whatever years they say. Unfortunately it proved to be A very unpleasant experience. Not only dealing with a rude man with worst ever bad breath, we ended up paying $$$ for absolutely nothing. The plumber said the leak is from the cracked tiles, but we can't see any cracks on the tiles. He refused to look at the pipes under the shower we have identified as a source of the leak, stating he doesn't need to see that. Then my husband asked if he can fix up the tap upstairs. He then complained the tap is too tight, he can't undo it. Now the tap totally dead, can't be used in any way. My husband complained to their office, and wanted refund as The leak still there, we have to find a real plumber to diagnose and fix it up. Till today we haven't heard anything yet. They enen don't deserve one star. Definitely not recommended.

Great people to deal with and very accommodating. Wall moisture was found in building and pest inspection. They came out and done initial inspections and laid out options. Communicated what he was doing, what he was finding and initial thoughts. Very happy to recommend to anyone.

The job was done well but obviously we were overcharged. We had been given a quote and after the job was done, price was completely different.The plumber was at our place less than 1 hr but we were charged for more than 2 hrs. Apparently you have to pay for time for them to go away and get simple parts etc etc.Overall, good plumbers but watch the pricing !

Charlie the Plumber came to the rescue after storm damage to my roof, causing internal water leaks in early 2022. They carried out a prompt assessment of the faults and provided a detailed scope of works and quote. Unfortunately, I had to go back and forth with my Body Corporate inregard to insurance, which, in the end, was not paid. This unnecessarily delayed repIr works, but as soon as I was ready to proceed, Charlie the Plumber completed the work promptly and professionally for the originally quoted price. Throughout, the company maintained excellent 3-way communication with me, the Property Manager and the tenant. I recommend them highly.

received a really high water bill and suspected a leak. someone on facebook recommended charlie the plumber, i emailed them on a thursday night. they called me the next day and luckily could have the leak detection done within the hour - met him at home, lovely guy, detected the leak quickly. and again, i was lucky enough to have the plumbers there less than an hour after that, they repaired the leak quickly. lovely service, very well priced. asked them to take a look at a toilet leak, came in, the guy even changed his socks and took his shoes off - love it. and then they came back the following week to repair the toilet, again, another great plumber, repaired it quickly. very well priced, great service, efficient, will be using them for any future plumbing needs and will recommend. thank you again guys!

Great Service on-time! Had an appointment booked for in a few days, got the call, I that there was a cancellation and they could come the next morning first thing, but unfortunately I was out that morning, rather than having to wait until the original appointment, they moved somethings around and Greg was there the next day!Originally had an issue with a showers pressure, but after a quick inspection Greg got to the source of the problem and I got a bit of a lesson!If you're looking for a plumber with a great attitude, on-time and problem solving abilities (common sense) I definitely recommend Charlie The Plumber!

Have been using Charlie for many years at my place of business, finally got them to do a job at my house. Ended up doing the job a day early & were efficient & charged what I thought was a fair price for the time. Great service always.
