I went in to get my vaccine and the whole process easy and was seamless. Even though my appointment was last minute, they were able to accommodate me and it was done very quickly. Been there a couple of times for other pharmaceutical needs and was very satisfied with their service.

In January I received my booster vaccination shot at the pharmacy. The pharmacist did a great job in administering it.The staff are friendly and obliging- willing to assist me in finding alternative products that are equally good and value for money.

I get all my prescription medication at this Pharmacy. I leave my prescription script at the Pharmacy. The friendly staff replenish my medication and remind me when the scripts are running out.The pharmacist is patient and has helpful advise when I have concerns or questions. This pharmacy is an epitome of a community pharmacy, and why I prefer this place over pharmacies like Chemist Warehouse.Couldn't be easier. Kudos to all staff and the pharmacists.

After driving to a chemist that said they were open until 9pm which weren’t I went to Tuart Hill. Whoever served me was so nice. I was having a migraine and the comment “I hope you feel better tonight”, I deeply appreciated. Thank you

Shocking service. Three times now and will not be going back. One staff member serving, while two others presumably a pharmacist and another continue their conversation - refusing to acknowledge that customers are waiting. It is a pharmacy/retail where service (preferably professional and courteous) is required, staff as well as pharmacist may need further training to understand this concept.

A very friendly and service-based pharmacy! The staff are very patient and are highly knowledgeable. They take the time to speak to you to give you a total health solution. A huge difference in experience from other bulk discount pharmacies. Once you leave the store they also offer to follow up on how you are going - very genuine!
