Brilliant opportunity to spend some quality time with the family.

Our family visited in July 2020 for two nights for a break from the city. Accommodation was extremely quiet, clean and comfortable, the kitchenette worked well and had everything necessary. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and the open fire in the hay shed at night was a great place to meet other people (social distancing of course) and enjoy a glass of wine or toast some marshmellows. It offered a quick trip into Lithgow yet the laid-back lifestyle of the country.

Awesome place! Beautiful grassy area. Toilets ok though 2 unisex cubicles in only toilet room is slightly awkward! Great spot though. Will Def return.

A terrific weekend. Our hosts were very hospitable, nothing was a problem. Not modern - but it was a farm stay. The week old foal was the centre of attention. I would recommend Blue Hills Farm Stay as something you should do.

One of a kind character inn away from the hustle and bustle of Sydney. Located on a farm surrounded by beautiful scenery, horses, kangaroos, wombats and other wild life, it really is a retreat away from the ordinary, perfect for those who are looking for an authentic outback-like experience while still enjoying their creature comforts. This family owned establishment makes every guest feel right at home. Check out the beautiful national parks surrounding the retreat and end the day warming up and settling down by a cozy fire in the common area that takes you back in time as you’re surrounded by historical paraphernalia from the original settlers who first inhabited the area years ago. A wonderful experience for both Aussies and visitors from abroad. Highly highly recommend!!!
