Aisha, Aisha ,Aisha. What can we say?We interviewed six agents from the top six real estate business in Geelong. We knew that for us choosing the right person was vey important as we had to trust them with the sale of our biggest financial asset, we needed to be able to trust that they would sell for the best possible price.All six agents were asked the same questions with regards to their selling strategies, their marketing and their commissions. There was a variation of answers, Aisha was the only female within the group of six, she was not chosen on her gender but rather on her professional presentation, she obviously is knowledgeable and had a sound selling strategy she is realistic and was not telling us what we wanted to hear so that she could secure the job.
