These people are rude and obnoxious. They told us they had 5 or 6 Samsung S22 Ultra phones in their shop and only had 1 when we got there, that was more expensive. They then blamed it all on their manager who wasn't there. Then they had the nerve to tell me to stop yelling at them, when I never yell, I speak firmly without raising my voice. I never write reviews, ever, but these people ruined my good mood and spoke down to me. I would give them zero stars if I could.In response to managers review.No colour request was made, only one phone was in the shop, it was not put aside for me and you did not even know that I had to raise my hand to stop the girl from talking to me in a degrading manner. So much for your cctv cameras. The manager called me only to tell me to take down the review, he wasn't concerned that his staff were rude to my family and I at all. I would suggest to anyone, avoid this shop, they are not interested in helping anyone, they are only interested in helping their own back pocket.

Hi I bought a refurbished Samsung S8 Plus from this store and traded in a few of my old tablets and phones and they were very honest with the prices. Very friendly staff and the phone works a treat. Great prices and a great store. Thanks.

We Bought an iPhone 11 and iPhone XR for myself and my wife. The phones are in extremely good condition. The gentleman who helped us was helpful and gave us a good discount. He even threw in a tempered glass screen protectors and a case. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a second hand phone.

excellent service!! Highly recommended. I bought an iPhone X for temperately used while I am waiting for the 13. The Phone work perfectly and the battery last very long, after I got my iPhone 13, I went back to sell the iPhone X back. The price they offered was very good, only 100 less than what I paid for 2 months ago.

So far so happy, shopped a phone this week, good price and good staff attitude
