Very happy and satisfied with the work they did. My bike needs new gears system changes, and it was possibly more feasible to buy a new one with all the new accessories that a new bike of the same brand brings. But actually, I wanted to rescue the frame because it is of good quality (TREEK), and it would have been a shame to throw it away.Despite the fact that I did not buy my bicycle there, they treated me as a client of the house and replaced the entire gear system with a lot of pressure, the cost of the repair was less than the value of the budget that they gave me at the beginning, this it doesn't usually happen in business.Before writing this review I have used my bike for more than 100km in a couple of days and it works like new, for this reason I recommend Mackay Cycles, because if they have been able to take care of a client with a bike not bought at their store at the end of December, in the busiest month of the year, I have no doubt that they will do it for their customers and continue to take better care of the products they sell.

Super helpful and friendly staff looked after me when I snapped my cranks, kept me on the road with a loaner crankset until my new ones arrived. I cannot talk highly enough of Kyle and the team. One happy and repeat customer here.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET OVER CHARGED FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I went here today and got a bike repair all I needed was a new derailleur and the part to be put on my bike. I got a over the phone quote off a lady the works there saying that it would be $50 for the part and for the Labor it will cost $15 I got charged $110 for absolutely nothing they gave me the part also took the chain off which didn't have to happen and forgot to give me the link.The customer service team is horrible as my dad went in asking them for the link they forgot. A male stood there saying the bike is Cooked" and a female sat behind giving attitude and smirking like it was funny. I didn't get any of my money back and I would 100% recommend going else where. 0 STARS."

Only went there to support a local business and it was the best direction to take. Great experience. The team there were very knowledgeable and friendly. Great prices with great service. Would definitely recommend.

So happy with our purchase today. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the most friendly staff members. Nothing was a problem and our sales assistant Ethan was very knowledgeable and patient helping us select our new bike. Amongst all bike issues, including my TT breaking in my current build to IM Australia, they have been incredibly helpful, professional and consistently gone above. It's been a rough week. One of those weeks where everything seemed to go wrong. So I turned up on Saturday morning without calling ahead, just needing a replacement tyre and tube on my Giant e-mtb and my anxiety was through the roof becuase I knew they werent the Giant dealer. But the guys so helpful and they fixed it while I waited. They will never know how much it meant to me, how much I appreciated it and how much I just.needed something to go right.
