I actually love this shop. But doesn't stock all items compared to the city. Plus public holiday hours advertised incorrectly so I had to wait an hour for you to open. Not happy

A big shout out to Amanda in the ladies shoe department. What a legend. Never have I had outstanding service like I did on Sunday 26/2 and over the phone. Thank you Amanda for excellent customer service.

Beautiful displays of linen and other homewares. Enjoyed viewing the crockery on display. Nice to see the designers acknowled for their beautiful work. Friendly staff and a beautifully presented store. Already purchased some Christmas presents with the sales.

Customer service is bad. Tried to smell some perfume and the lady working in YSL perfumes didn’t bother to serve me. Too busy chatting with some muscly guy. The other lady had to tell her to do her job, and the perfume I wanted to smell ran out for testers. I drove 30min away to smell the new fragrance and they can’t open another bottle?So I regret coming there should of went to David Jones. I will be purchasing my perfume from there.

It's on sale. Everything on sale. Surely you can have something for yourself, the family and friends in a very good price.

I really want to say thanks to Tia,she was really nice and kind.I spent a good half hour with a cosmetic specialist. She helped me to chose make up products, and she even tested the shades on my face. Very helpful staff.

Today, Monday 29th May 2023, I received fantastic customer service from Anna in Women's Lingerie in regards to a bra fitting. Her knowledge was exceptional and she was so lovely to chat with. Anna kept the different styles coming, trying to offer me the best fit possible. Nothing was a bother and I did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything. She is certainly anasset to your store. Keep up the great work Anna!

David in the ferrari suit section was the kindest person who has ever assisted me in myer, and he wasn't even helping me, he was helping my partner. He is not only a hard worker but he really knows what he is talking about and isn't afraid to show his knowledge. He has a fantastic eye for detail, that in no way would ever come across as condescending as we have found in other stores. There is no way we would have felt nearly as comfortable with anyone else.

I had the pleasure of meeting Anne of Elizabeth Arden a couple of weekends ago, and the customer service she showed myself and my family was exceptional! She could see that myself and my family required assistance and stepped out of her cosmetic department to offer her assistance! She was so very helpful in helping to resolve an issue I was having in womenswear. After being completely ignored at another (my usual) cosmetic counter, I sought out Anne's advice and expertise of Elizabeth Arden products. I have never purchased Elizabeth Arden products before - it was Anne's customer service that drew me to the products! Not only did she give me a thorough explanation of her range of products, she also applied the one I had chosen. She told me how much she loved her job and how genuinely she cared for all of her customers - which was exactly how I felt, cared for! Anne should be highly commended for her customer service, she went above and beyond for me, and I know that this was not a once off for her! Myer Carousel and Elizabeth Arden should be truly grateful to have you as part of their team! Thank you Anne, you have won Elizabeth Arden another customer (and hopefully a few more as I have told so many of your professionalism and expertise!) I will be returning to your cosmetic counter to see you again!
