You have been so helpful and so quick in replied to all my requests and enquiries. I will miss you dearly , especially beautiful Siri.

I rented out my investment property through this agent over the past 7 years and I want to say that Roz Cauchi did a fabulous job. I never had any issues and communication was outstanding. Highly recommend.

hey guys your agency going to be sued and you will be liable and accountable for safety or health issues of innocent people. You have a tenant at 119 Wilmington av. Hoppers Crossing who keeps more than two bull terriers which broke the fences of another neighbor and freely invade daily other peoples backyards. Last night they have attacked an elderly man. The dogs are barking at 3 am in the morning, giving people sleepless nights. No neighbor feel safe. the Neighborhood is no longer safe and just to remind you scam bags that this is a residential property These dogs of your tenants can easily cause serious damage to any other dogs, small children or adults. One of our neighbors called you this morning and was abused by your poorly skilled unethical manager. No wonder you have too many bad reviews and complaints. You should be ashamed but we are going to contact all the government bodies that regulate real estate agencies and file the reordered conversation between your manager and this lady and include photographs of all the evidence regarding this case. The local newspaper have already offered us to give them our side of the story and we are happy to do this as well as contacting current affairs to release this case to the community. If one of our kids get hurt by these dogs be prepared to sell the agency to pay out the compensation to the victims, because you will be accountable for this, not only the landlord but your agency will be responsibleThis is a highly notorious despicable agency on the market with extremely bad reputations. Abomination to the whole real estate industry

These five stars are for Roz, Siri and the team. We rented with Douglas Kay before and it was such a pleasant change from the horrendous property manager we had in Douglas Kay.We rented with them for more then Three years and we find them pretty much on top with their job. Both Roz and Siri were extremely responsive and acted on our requests in a timely manner.Its a very good business proposition to give them business since renters will have a peace of mind would like to stay longer at property!

Been with this real estate for 7yrs in several house with them. My recent house I had my garage roof fall in (it's extremely common, it was no one's fault) and the women at Falcone real estate, Roz & Siri got things moving with insurance straight away. If you show respect towards both Siri and Roz you will get respect back. Can't expect to be rude towards anyone in life and get respect.

Stockdale was our real estate provider for a year and they were really great for all that time. Siri was there from the get-go and was always prompt with any issues in our rental.We've rented in a fair few places and (shockingly) haven't had a real estate provider this friendly and personable. I'm not sure of the other reviews here and their experiences with the group, but if we ever had a problem we let them know at the time through email and everything always went well with a quid pro quo of politeness and understanding.So we really want to thank the Stockdale team for their service and for being so helpful with repairs and maintenance, and to Siri for just being a bright and lovely person to know!

I've been renting from them from past two years and they have been very helpful till the very end of my bond settlement. Helped me out during pest issue in my rental and gave me enough time to clear up the property than just trying to swindle money from renter in name of cleaning. I have to specially thank Roz for her continued kindness and prompt response in every aspect. I can say she is my best real estate agent till date. Highly recommend them.
