I've had number of interactions with 99Bikes at Nailsworth, mainly with Josh in service. I really can't recommend him and all the crew enough. Nothing is a problem and often any work has been done on the spot if required. Very good pricing on work and very chilled atmosphere. As an older rider, it's great to have somewhere to go where people listen and do their best to make your riding experience 100%.

Customer service is just a concept there........don't talk about bikes ...don't bring a sense of humour feck off where's yer cash.....treated like an old man having a midlife crisis and bought a Ferrari......when in reality ive never had a car licence and been cycling longer than they have drawn breath...............being disabled due to augering my face into the concrete I can no longer do what once was easy........your the closest.......but the furthest.

Big Mike (Michael) was an absolute credit to 99 bikes, he showed lots of bike knowledge, listened to what was required and didn't push to sell the most expensive bike and understood a certain price range we where looking for my sons Dual Suspension Mt bike. He was an all round great bloke and we will be recommending 99 bikes at Prospect to our friends and family. Thanks again Big Mike for your excellent costumer service and great attitude.
