The lady who did my shellac mani made all my nails uneven after asking repeatedly to make them the same. She botched 1 repair for a damaged nail with SNS saying she couldn’t file and shape it as the only lady who does it had a day off. The shellac gel started to lift 2 days after the manicure. Very disappointed.

Rude and aggressive staff. Also, very rushed & poor service, check the pics!They even refused to use the fan to dry off the firat layers of colour!!!!!!

Felt job was very rushed. Polish not neat and shellac covering my skin/nail and painful. I’ve had to reshape nails after visit and try to remove the shellac from my skin and cuticles without damaging the nail polish! Felt this would be avoided if not so rushed. Not all tools sterilised and used old file and communal nail clippers which felt unclean

Tried P&M today as it's close to my favourite Woolies. Overpriced for the quality of the service and didn't even get cuticle oil at the end. I should've paid attention to the reviews but I took a chance that some customers may have just been having bad days. However I too was underwhelmed, definitely won't return, sorry!

Staff are very friendly and accomodating.It is the only nail salon i will go to.I usually get a mani pedi here but have had SNS done a few times and its been great

Went for shellac mani pedi. The lady was quite rough. Took the skin off two of my toes. Didn’t say sorry either

$92 later.. be warned.I regularly use SnS and after a few days the nail is chipped and the colour selection was limited initially. This place will over charge and deliver poor results. This seems to be consistent with other reviews.There are limited options in this area in the Crows Nest but I would avoid this place, Greenwood plaza has a much better place for nails.Thanks for your reply..You still charged me $92, for removal and sns.I will come in over the weekend to resolve this issue.Oh, and the photos you post are fake or staff :)
