Super quick repair of a non-critical fault (noisy outdoor fan motor on a split system).Booking in a warranty job was easy and the two ladies (one national, and one within the Adelaide office) I spoke to were very courteous and polite.The technician attended the next day (yup, the NEXT day!) and on time as booked. I really wish I could remember his name because I have never had a tradesperson so friendly, quick and thorough at my home before. The issue was explained to me, the part was on the truck and all fixed within about 20 minutes. I was asked if I wanted to check it out to make sure I was happy with the repair.I could not be happier with this experience and it gives me serious confidence in Fujitsu as a brand and I will continue to use them for our comfort needs in the future. Especially when its time to upgrade our ducted unit (competitor brand) that has never worked right since we moved in.PS. This booking was made in the middle of winter, I wouldn't expect next day service in the peak of summer.Thanks again Fujitsu!
