When they get it right they are great burgers. We had two good experiences with them but since then 3 really bad ones. They run out of lettuce so put sloppy coleslaw on an original pattysniths. The donuts have been stale and in the wrong combo. Throwing in an extra stale jam donut doesn’t make up for not including the choc hazelnut one. Burgers have been cold and stale. I gave great feedback first two times but these last 3 times it’s been awful.

Great chips and great burgers - awesome shake to top it offThe chips were nice and crispy + very well seasoned. The burgers are very well seasoned, and loved the meal as a wholeThe only flaw was that the lettuce was stacked at the very bottom of the burger and because of the heat, the lettuce wilted. Not a very pleasant taste or texture

Bobbie was first class with her customer service and always checking to see if anything required. The Spicy Double Beef Burger just melted in my mouth with the soft fresh bread roll. Onion rings and chips were delicious also.

ordered patty smiths via uber. not sure if it was maybe the delivery or the burger itself, but i received it as a sloppy mess. wasn’t able to enjoy it as it fell apart. one bite and it went in the bin. Chips were good. sad to see $30 go to waste :(

Not often we get new burger shops around Strathpine so I was eager to give this newly opened Pattysmiths a go with the little fella today.Got a kids cheeseburger, a Pattysmith double w/ bacon + chips and choc malt oreo thickshake. The shop itself is nice, brightened up compared to the dark lit Nandos that used to be there. Starting off the chips were great, extra crunchy and nice seasoning. The burgers presented a bit off ratio, the patties much smaller then the bun. First few bites were rough as the edges of the patty taken way too far, instead of crispy edges they were burnt and hard. My kid who loves cheeseburgers took 1 bite of his and didn't go back.Further into the burger was better, massive flame grilled flavour mixed in with the cheese and the smoky sauce was delicious. Bacon was overcooked and just made it chewy without any flavour. The oreo thickshake was awesome and good to wash everything down.Not the best first visit, they definitely need to work on getting a nice smash patty. I'll probably go back in a few months and hopefully they are up to scratch.

I’m not sure why people are leaving poor reviews. The burgers are full of flavour and the chicken is beautiful. Extra crunchy and juicy. The beef is great as well. Yes it may take longer than maccas but I would love to see you have a better burger than Pattysmiths.

I initially had a poor experience here, waiting over half an hour for a single burger and chips, and the order was still wrong when handed over.They convinced me to give them another chance, and I'm glad I did because they typically make quite a tasty burger and I've eaten from here many times since.I do advise ordering ahead via their app however to avoid risking a lengthy wait.

⚠️serving raw meat to pregnant women⚠️ The worst place I’ve ever eaten at to be honest. All the food was raw that my partner and I and his family ordered. Burger patties and the chicken were pink which me and my sister in law couldn’t eat as we are both pregnant. The only thing that was halfly enjoyable was the chips. The thick shakes didn’t have nearly enough flavour either. The customer service was extremely poor and the staff treated us rudely. Not a very welcoming place and the tables were dirty with sticky spills on the table. My partners family and I came home feeling sick. This was HIGHLY unacceptable for the amount of money we spent at the restaurant. Each spent $70 on our meals that we weren’t able to eat because of the raw meat.

Serviced by a young lady constantly chatting away on her phone whilst all her workers were hard at it.When I told her what I wanted she was still chatting away on her ear piece, on her phone.The food was good but her attention to her workers and me as a paying customer was atrocious.
