Having travelled many miles to a funeral I was very upset that the floral wreath that had been delivered to the funeral home was not at the Chapel.The value of the wreath was quite a substantial amount with other family members contributing.On tracing the movements of the wreath it appears that it didn't leave the funeral home, although I received an apology I felt that they had made no effort to deliver the wreath to any family member.It's not how I like to remember my sisters death & funeral.

Barbara and the team were so very kind and thoughful. They treated my beloved mother with such care and dignity right from when they came here to pick her up to when she was laid to rest. A White Lady was there for us - for every moment of this very difficult and sad time. My Dad and I have just pre-planned and pre- paid for our own funerals with them. I would not hesitste to recommend them above all others.

Highly recommended as they went above and beyond as well as being extremely respectful and caring. A special thankyou to Leslie and Paula who were amazing from our first meeting until the crematorium. Beautiful, caring people when you need them.

Our family had reasonable expectations that the funeral directors would take the lead and let us share our grief with family and friends who had traveled to be there. Sadly that was not the case. The entire service was a dog’s breakfast, with the viewing of our loved one becoming a free for all, instead of being restricted to immediate family, as agreed. No one seemed to know what was going on. The contact we had prior to the funeral was a no show. Very disappointing; would not recommend them. Compounded our grief, instead of supporting us at such a difficult time.

White Lady services in general were really lovely. Jo and her team from Chelmer were amazingly gentle, genuine and sincere. Lisa and the team at Chelmer went above and beyond to ensure everything associated with saying goodbye to Mum went exactly the way I wanted it to. I had very high expectations and some very specific requirements and nothing at all was too much trouble for the team to manage for me and my family. Our family felt very cared for by the team on the day of Mum's funeral service. Very grateful for everything Lisa and the team did for us.
