Extremely painful, and very little skill in actually shaping the eyebrows.If the service and quality were good, this would have been an ideal spot for it, as I live nearby. Unfortunately I will not return here.

I Usually don’t have a problem with this place however, this time i waited over an hour to be seen along with a long line of other people.Its was a Sunday and they only had one poor girl working making it really difficult for her to get through all the customersDefinitely would be hesitant to return.

I got my eyebrows, upper lip waxed and an eyebrow tint. The wax was WAY too hot and has resulted in me having a burnt lip. The eyebrow tint washed straight off after having a shower as well.

I go here for threading and waxing and for tinting. Love this place. Friendly staff. Miss the Indian girl who used to be there. But the 2 staff that they have there now is also great.

I am always extremely happy with the service here. I get consistently excellent results and I love the always smiling and friendly staff.

Really wished if they hired someone who can give some respect to customers and value their time. Booked an appointment for threading at 5:00 and arrived on time after taking off from work. I was told to return straight away, reminded of my phone appointment and she was kind of threatening me that she can’t go beyond 5.15 as she is attending someone else. . i didn’t come there for a free service and this is not how you should treat people. If you can’t service until 5.30 why do you advertise that and tell this over the phone?? Worst ever !!

Very happy with my brows! I walked in and sat in the chair straight away on a Friday! The ladies are lovely and gave me a wonderful service. This will be my go to from now on!

Usually don’t have a problem with this place but came on a Sunday and the customer service was horrible. Waited over an hour, only to be asked by the worker if another girl who just came in could go before me because she didn’t want to wait so long like the rest of us had…are you serious? I just walked out. Never going back.
