Worked through a series of problems on multiple visits, wouldn't stop til everything was perfect, prioritised me because I had guests coming the follow week, helped with insurance claim. Professional, thorough, friendly, hard-working, and the list goes on. Warren is the repairer you need. Call him, you won't be disappointed.

Warren at Warm Springs is a true professional with the best customer service I've come across in a long time. Warren was prompt with attending, gave me a range of options and when I decided to go another way with the repair of my spa, Warren was only to happy to oblige. I love the updated version of my electric to gas spa. If you're looking to do anything spa related, I highly recommend this guy.

I have a pre-owned spa which had been out of commission for a few months due to a hardware problem I wasn't able to fix myself. I was hesitant to call a repair company, fearing it would cost me more than the tub was even worth.My spa had a very peculiar issue but Warren (the spa tech) expertly figured out the problem and after getting a new part from the manufacturer (in just one day!) he came back and fixed my spa in under an hour. I'd told him about the nightmare I'd had trying to fix the tub and he gave me a great rate on the repair and also only charged me the actual cost of the part which is pretty much unheard of in any business.Warren is super friendly and professional. I'm so glad to have finally found a reputable spa repair company. If anything ever goes wrong in the future I will only work with warm springs pool and spa repair.

After not using our spa since moving into our house over a year ago we finally had our first spa night thanks to Warren! An honest bloke who really went out of his way to sort our issues out in the most cost effective manner. We have tried to fix our spa in the past to no avail so were ready to fork out more money or replace the whole gas water heater for a few thousand dollars- but Warren made a point of not ripping us off and repaired our current water heater. Top quality service and just a nice, trustworthy guy- highly recommend!

After months of being without our spa and messed around by no show tradies I was finally put onto to Warren at Warm Springs, he attended my house almost immediately, found the issue, sourced the part and repaired the spa the same day.Once I filled the spa with water and turned it on, I was faced with an error code I could not reset, Warren was on my door the very next morning and had it fixed. I can not recommend this guy enough to do his service justice. If you like good service, quality advice and fair pricing this is your guy. I will use again for all my future work.
