Auto Masters Flinders Park

When I bought my car in for a service I had 3 spare globes for my headlights etc in my glovebox as spares. While my car was in for a service the receptionist called me to say my tail light was out and he could change it over for me which I agreed to. However there is now only 1 spare globe in my glovebox and I found 2 plastic packaging wrappers for my globes in my car passenger side floor and glovebox. So not only did they steal 2 of my spares globes and leave the rubbish in my car they charged me to replace my tail light with my own globe I had already paid for.

Second time we've used Auto Masters Flinders Park and very impressed with their thorough service. Their video report upfront of any issues with the car and where the tyres, brakes, filters are at etc is very cool and an excellent customer service benefit.

Good customer service, they give a new battery to me after I doubt about the size.If you got any questions after repair, please feel free to tell them, I promise they will fix it without extra money.Highly recommend this place.

Used a few times and do not recommend. Took my Nissan Patrol here for a service and to get a few things fixed, was charged way over price as I showed another mechanic the quote and they were surprised at how expensive it was. Secondly and more importantly, they called me to try and get me to replace the battery as it 'failed' their tests which I declined. A few days later I had an issue with my car and RAA came out to assist. I had them test the battery while we were there and they advised there was nothing wrong with it and was producing correct output. Lastly, they had missed things in the inspection that I paid for which caused me to go back and get more thing fixed. I do not recommend and will not be using their services again.Edit/Reponse: So you miss things on the inspection AND customer records, not surprised.

Very happy with my service from Auto Masters Flinders Park. After years of getting my car serviced at the dealership I decided to give Auto Masters a go. Jake explained everything to me and let me know from start to finish what my car needed and what was good already to save me money. He even sent me a video of what repairs were needed. As a young female with very little car knowledge I felt I was respected and treated fairly. My car is so smooth to drive now! I will definitely be using them from now on. Thank you to Jake and the guys.

Friendly service and good communication from staff.Had a comprehensive inspection done and they didn't notice the cars steering rack was no good, which I already knew about. Also took a whole day longer than expected. Would not use again.

Can not recommend the team enough! What looked like a long battle with a vehicle manufacturer disputing a warranty issue turned into a phone call to say the vehicle was ready to drive away, no more issues, leave it with them to sort out the rest.Thank you team for your efforts and looking after us! Can not recommend highly enough.

My daughter had all sorts of issues with her car after it being here for a service. Not to mention she was told her brake pads needed replacing, costing a heap, when they didn't need it at all according to a bmw specialist that fixed the car up for her afterwards. A very lengthy and costly process.

Excellent professional also honest pricing..Asa woman I usually feel bias but this wonderful company were honest on what was required. Unlike lubmobil quote this company did it all plus more for less then lubmobil quote.

Great customer service, very friendly and took time to explain everything. Wasn’t pushy about what needed to be fixed and even recommended me to a couple alternative options (if I wanted them). Gave me a free key ring which is now entered into their computer system with a ID number that if I misplaced my keys they could track me down! Rarely do a Google review, but couldn’t recommend this place more highly!
