Cake Art Studio By Wedding N Custom Cakes

Extremely unprofessional. I spent 30 mins with the guy over the call and WhatsApp to discuss the idea of my cake, design, delivery and cost. The first thing i told the owner was the delivery date. After finalising everything I mentioned let me finalise the cake with my husband and i will get back to you but keep my spot and delivery date is confirmed. I was pretty clear in my conversation that I will place order with them just give me few minutes. When i got back to them, the owner said they are fully booked now as you didn't confirm the order. I was like what the hell i told you keep my spot and i will get back to you within few minutes. I have screenshots of chat wish i could upload but not sure why i amNot getting the option to upload. Anyway, extremely unprofessional, no customer service skills and no ethics. I will never place order with them and not even recommend to any of my friends. Super disappointed.

I would definitely recommend this cake. It is superb in taste and decoration is customised according to our need. On top of the dealing by Armaan, he is very nice and friendly guy who understands the customer need and tries to go at extreme level to impress his customers. Thank you so so much for making my son’s birthday super cool and awesome, everyone loved and enjoyed the cake!!

What I ordered vs what I got!!!For $225 you would think you would get that same cake they have on their own website. The top half of the cake is meant to be piped out to create the floral design however they had put some thick fondant that was so hard to cut through and carved out the floral design, which isn't what I had paid for. The whole reason I paid $225 was for the looks and they did not deliver at all! Even the icing on the bottom isn't the same.This cake was to feed 15 people unfortunately the taste was not good either, only 5 of my friends ate the cake.Also I was asked about the colour of the cake, I told them I like that colour of the cake from the photo (rose gold) yet they gave me gold. I don't understand? Why ask and confirm I want a certain colour but not provide it.. the cake I got was gold at the bottom.I am extremely disappointed as this was for my 30th birthday. I would never buy from here again as they have lost my trust and I recommend not going here.Very deceiving!!

Accidentally find Cake Art studio, when my regular place for cake couldn't do my cake order on short notice for my Niece's birthday. Cake art studio made my cake in few hours of order with required theme and flavor. Very yummy cake and soft texture. Definitely, place to go for my cake requirements for future events.

I ordered my baby shower Cake with Cake Art Studio. It turned out exactly as I had imagined! It looked beautiful and tasted great!
