Valley of the Giants Ecopark

Absolutely beautiful location, the owner was so friendly and sweet and made sure we were looked after, spectacular views and beautiful wild life. I don’t understand why people have rated so low. Maybe you were loud and got told off perhaps? Because the owner was absolutely lovely!!!! Thank you.. I highly reccomend camping here.

Our second visit was as good as the firstA great place.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.... tried calling to find out rates for the on-site vans but was rudely told by the owner that he does not give the rates out to people from WA as they are funny people".... Think this guy has lost his marbles..... AVOID!"

No answer on phone regarding a booking, no rates or availability provided on website.Seems suss and the reviews about the owner are funny.

although it is a bit further south from Perth about four hours drive, but for those who have time, please do go and have a visit, because the natural surroundings of the park makes it all worth it. the entrance fee is 21 dollars, there are two types of walk you can do in the park each needed about half an hour, there are also free guided tour several times a day. the tree top walk is probably not for the faint hearted, because it goes up pretty high!

Never ever coming back again! before we checked in, seen and read all the reviews and noticed mostly are Bad...got no choice but to take it, its peak season so.....Booked for 4 nights then left after 2 nights, had the taste of the owners attitude! YELLED and EMBARRASED us to the other campers around and scared our small kids...If we did something wrong at the camp, Please speak to us and to other guest nicely and respectfuly...and you will have it nicely in return as well...Our 2 nights left are all your Mr. JIM....May God bless you and give you more life and be safe....

Well I have never been spoken to so badly. I emailed this place asking if they had any vacancies and how much is was for 3 nights, when I had not recieved a reply 3 days later I rung them, an elderly man answered the phone with just a hello. I asked him if he had any powered caravans sites stating date I wanted to start my stay he said to me have you got our email address just email me and tell me the dates when you have figured it out I stated I had emailed him 3 days ago and never got a reply he asked me my name and when I gave it to him he muttered something and said I emailed you back. I appologied and stated I had not recieved a reply and asked him what the charge was per night he I should look harder for email and is that all all you are interested in and he hung up on me. I double checked all my email folders including spam folder no reply anywhere. A few minutes later I recieved a call it was him asking if I had recieved his email I replied with no I have checked all my folders and no reply email from you he told me to look harder and hung up on me. NEVER will he get my families hard earned money such a rude man. If hes like this on a phone would hate to come across him in his ecopark.

11 of us stayed - we had the whole section of the site to ourselves and were left alone the whole time (despite being a little noisy). The hot showers were HOT! And never ran out. the bathrooms were clean and had a very attentive toilet paper fairy. The location was great; super close to the Treetop Walk and close enough to Denmark and all the sites. The campground itself is quite pretty too. Would definitely stay again :)

We had a great time here for a few days, coffee across the road, river 3km down the road for swimming & paddling, lonely tracks for Mt bike, top sport location. would stay again but longer. ✔✔

Lovely little park. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles but it's a really nice quiet spot. Bloke runs it by himself so probably doesn't have the patience for a lot of people. He most likely isn't bothered for the one-star-reviewers choosing not to stay either. Guess we were lucky.
