Don’t use this company. I wish I had read reviews and asked around before placing an order with them. Now that I know how bad they are, everyone I speak to seems to have had or knows someone who has had a whole lot of trouble with their deliveries. I get the impression their eyes are on the big contracts like council roadworks or other major projects. They don’t care about the extremely poor service they provide for small deliveries. They damage your driveway in a major way then just drive away saying it was my fault for placing the order and I should apologise to them. They told me to “join the queue “ if I wanted to take legal action and clearly did not give a toss about their reputation or level of customer service. Arrogant and rude. Try elsewhere as it cannot be worse than Grahams. We now have to pay for a digger and several loads of materials to fix up the damage they left behind. Should never have used them.

Told me 1 hour after they were meant to arrive that they were not going to come at all.

This company ruined my slab day. I asked for two trucks but they refused then talked me into accepting one truck which could not manouver into the area despite me having had similar sized truck there before. Then when the driver drove backwards up the road to come in backwards to the site to pour the concretet he got bogged in a paddock. We did everything to help him get out of the bog and even though I kept telling him to call a two truck but he refused. We got as much concrete out of the truck as possible using my trailer to take it to the site and we managed to salvage enough to lay the foundations. He then threatened to dump the concrete in the paddock as it was hardening in his truck. I made him put it on our road so at least I could get rid of it later . A neighbour managed to tow him out with her tractor and there was not a word of thanks from the company at all. I called the manager who refused to help me out despite me offering to pay for half the rest of the required concrete. This company has no idea about customer service and I suggest you never use them for any projects. I am $3000 out of pocket for a concrete footing!!
