I have been attending BM Podiatry for a few years for general maintenance. The advice has always been good about general foot care and my feet have kept healthy..I have over the years been serviced by several of the podiatrists at Faulconbridge and all have been friendly and good, and treatment mainly pain free.

After suffering with my big toenails for years, I decided to have them removed. I was surprised to learn that the procedure can be done in the regular podiatry rooms instead of a long expensive procedure in hospital as I had on a previous occasion with another nail. The whole operation" was surprisingly short and pain free with local anaesthetic. I'm sorry I didn't do this a long time ago since it has made a big difference to my general foot comfort. I have been seeing the team at Blue Mountains Podiatry for a few years now and I can confidently recommend them.Currently seeing David regularly for management and he is very professional, patient centred and down to earth.Overall his team are genuinely good people who care about their clients and the community at large.Highly recommend the team to anyone who has feet issues - practical, knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat to. First time here, Went in for an Ingrown toenail removal, booking an appointment over the phone prior was easy and upon arrival for the appointment the Springwood team were welcoming and helpful, the podiatrist was informative during the removal process, which was practically painless. Very welcoming and informative team and atmosphere, highly recommend and will definitely return here should I need to in the future.

My first experience at a podiatrist and it was amazing. Was seen for an ingrown toenail and I was a bit anxious leading up to it (as people were telling me their painful experiences) but my podiatrist Jonathan was outstanding. He talked me through the process, made sure I was comfortable and had a lovely chat all whilst he was removing and dressing it. Recommend him to anyone absolutely wonderful customer service !
