First time ordering today, we got crumbed snapper, battered sea perch, beer battered chips, calamari & potato scallops. The chips were pretty good, the crumbed snapper was also good. The batter was awful, they used the same style batter on the fish and potato scallops. It was dripping with oil and had such a bad taste. The potato scallops were gooey inside like raw pancakes and the potato was still hard. Because of this, I didn’t enjoy the calamari either. It was one of the worst fish & chip experiences I’ve ever had. I felt unwell for the rest of the afternoon and evening. I must admit, I never order battered fish, today I wanted something different and definitely regretted it. It’s a shame because we were recommended this place! Unfortunately won’t be returning.

We had the fish (crumbed), and pasta and seafood salad. Everything was really good especially the chips! Although I personally wasn't a huge fan of the cold dishes.But the service was good and my hubby has come here several times and most of the times they are great! Although apparently the prices have increased quite a lot. It supposedly used to be 30-40ish for 6 pax family meal, but now it's about 60. Although the sauce is especially expensive, since it cost $3 (cos 1 was definitely not enough for 6 fishes).I guess we'll come back on rare occasions.

Real nice fish & chips and great value for money. We are the family four meal which was the perfect size. Staff are friendly. Nice and clean. Highly recommend it.

Bought chip's a fish burger, coke, crab sticks and some fish cakes, out of all of that the chips and coke were good, the batter was not good it retained so much oil yet the fish itself was watery and bland. This fish cakes didn't impress either from what i can tell the only fish content available is using the same frying oil because it SMELLED like fish but was close to a potato scallop in flavour. If you're looking for chips thrn sure i guess it's a fine place to go but anything else is a total swing and a miss. TL:DR good chips, but good chips alone is not enough for a passing mark.

Ordered prawn dinner. Prawns were the best I have had in this area. Chips were cooked perfectly. Friendly staff. Didnt have to wait long. Will definitely be back for more.

Honestly, we used to come here at least once a week a few years ago it was fantastic.We order some food today & it's one of the worst fish & chips I've ever had. Oily, overcooked, no seasoning. The batter on the potato scallops was so doughy & undercooked, the potatoes were raw. I asked for extra lemon, We got 4 wedges. Ordered a large gravy & got a small one. Everything tasted like it had been cooked in old oil. Positive note our drinks were icy cold.

Best fish and chips in the redland bay-victoria point area imo. Staff are lovely, burgers are amazing, the chip servings are plentifulLove it
