One of my favourite brands ever. The customer service at the boutique is next level, the girls are really friendly and so helpful when it comes to style suggestions.The garments themselves are gorgeous, reasonably priced and offering flattering styles. Stunning accessories and leather goods available here too.Such a lovely fit out too, it's so easy to lose track of time, browsing and dressing up!

My new favourite brand! I’m very fussy with clothing as I am a designer myself. This label has a great range of comfortable and very well made pieces. Very flattering cuts and high quality fabric and finishes. Congratulations to the Kivari team- you’re an inspiration.

I hate companies that oversell! I literally purchased as soon as the email came through and jumped onto the website. Stock said 3 in stock. 36 hours later I get an email your order cancelled! That's it just a confirmation your order was cancelled! No sorry nothing. I rang to follow up and little Miss attitude Charlotte was not apologetic at all. Basically, the same as the email. No apologies ......no we can do this for you etc! They take the money as oversell their goods!. Now we the consumer have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. I find it hard to believe they did not know 24 hours ago that they had no stock?? This happened once with Tigerlily, and they bent over backwards to get me the product from a store. Kavari just takes your money and say bad luck.

The most incredible label! Not just beaut clothes but also so comfortable and flowy and good quality. My first dress bought here 18 months ago and practically live in still the best quality. Highly recommend!

Went in store today and was delighted with the customer service provided. Beautiful dresses and store.

Purchased during the sale a dress. Charlie advised they do not exchange or provide a credit and sent their policy. The dress doesn’t suit me and I am now stuck with a dress that I won’t wear. You would think they would help as a one off. I would not recommend purchasing online from Kivari during a sale without trying it on, money down the drain.

For anyone else wanting to purchase from this establishment be aware that there is a no refund policy. This is not stated anywhere within the shop premises itself, it is only after you purchase the item and the receipt is emailed to you that this becomes apparent. I returned the item within the 7 days and as they did not have the right size I was convinced to take the smaller size, however when I was home and tried it on it is way too small.This was paid for using afterpay. I rang customer service to organise returning the product and my afterpay account be rectified. They assured me they would ring me back that day yet never did. Three days later I rang them once again and they refused to refund me saying it was over the 7 days yet previously they were saying there was no returning the product.. Such bad customer service all round.I will not shop here again and will not recommend anyone else to either.

probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with! Rude, don't care! Nope this is clearly stated on the website blah blah they must really not care about their customers. Lady on the phone was so rude and blunt! Almost arrogant! I am actually taken back by how rude she was! Business must be good to treat your customers so appalling that you don't need to provide good customer service. good luck with that. Do not buy if you need to make a return/exchange. Also waited so long for my order to sent! My friend bought also and hers has not even been shipped from a weeks ago!? I hope hers fits! I wish i read the reviews first as I would not have bought!

Had a great experience in store looking for a wedding guest dress. The girls were so lovely, made me feel very welcome and styled me in some great options. I ended up leaving with a few dresses. Great service!!
