Recently took delivery of a Nova Family Escape. Scott made it stress free & worked with us on the price & inclusions.We found a small problem shortly after delivery; however, it was rectified ASAP, with after sales service.Thank you.

My initial dealings with Caravan Hub were with Kai in the parts section , she was always very helpful. Then Dave the service Manager was great in dealing with some repairs and insurance claims on our old van. More recently Joe Cochrane and Owen in the sales area for the Snowy River models were sensational to deal with, nothing was to much trouble, very knowledgeable. The admin and handover team of Dominic and Tanah just made our whole interaction with Caravan Hub a wonderful experience. Having such a complete business covering all aspects from parts, service and sales made our choice on who to purchase a new van from very easy.

Staff all very friendly and accomodating.. Ours was an insurance claim and made the whole claims process so much easier. Would definitely recommend using this business

The best range of parts and customer service in town. Kai is a wealth of knowledge and got us sorted, nothing was to much to ask for. We will always be going to the caravan hub when we need parts.

Honest. Very trustworthy. Reliable communication and excellent quality of work. We had a massive amount of work done on our van, water damage and structural repairs/rebuild to rear wall and entire roof. These guys raise the bar with their expectations of quality. Photos taken throughout the entire process and discussed beforehand when decisions have to be made. We opted to upgrade a few things i.e. better solar, new split system. Knowing that extra structure is built in where required for things such as panel mounting, awnings etc have us piece of mind, along with the photos. Every now and then you strike a service that does exactly what it says. This place is definitely that. The devil is in the details, the finishing off quality is exceptional. I am a very fussy tradesman and have high expectations. I highly recommend the Townsville repair centre. YOU ARE in good hands.

Picked up our Snowy River SRC 20 today 29/6/2023 in Townsville. We Couldnt be happier. Tanna did the hand over and was a pleasure to do buisness with. She was very professional and went through everything. Josh made sure the team had all our requirements covered.Nothing was a problem to.Would reccommend anyone who is looking for a van to go see them. Let the caravaning continue.

We purchased a Crusader Gladiator Force (Demo) from the guys at The Caravan Hub and the whole process and after market service has been great. Tanner who deals with the after market service is a star! Would highly recommend purchasing a caravan from here or getting your caravan serviced or repaired here.
