Cashier was having trouble taking my order as he was trying to do drive through at the same time. Took 3 times to get it right. Tables inside & outside were disgusting not wiped down. Rubbish bin was full. When we received our order it was missing the coleslaw, went back inside to get it & got dryslaw(no dressing). Half chicken had stuffing rubbed all over the outside of the chook & the flava was cold. Very disappointed. Should have just gone & had a pub meal.

Staff are friendly and prompt, service is always good. Food is solid and generally fresh and hot. Overall a good place to grab a bite if in the mood for some good chips and Roast chicken.

From the 6 minutes standing at front counter with 3 staff insight, to the guy eating his food then going straight into making mine.No idea what the wait was about with no drive-thru customers and no-one else in store.Chicken was mediocre and straight in the bin.Wish I just went straight to the pub for a meal instead.

Slow service burgers had dried out chicken they run out of chicken alot and 1.25l soft drink. Staff don't seem to care alot. KFC will be opening soon in Bowen I can see RR losing a lot of customers because of not caring enough about customer service.I hope someone looks at the problems in this store.

What's the go with this, you order a meal and opt for a large upsize.You open the chips and the box is only half filled.Go to Ayr Red rooster and the chips are always overflowing the box.

Far as red roosters (and Bowen) go, this place is actually good.I eat here all the time and I rarely have to complain about anything.
