I don’t normally post reviews but today I had the most lovely experience in your store. I came in in search of a new foundation and met Darcy. I have not had customer service like hers in a long time. She was so incredibly helpful and was so lovely to talk to. She was so knowledgeable about what foundation would suit my skin best and also helped me with finding creams for my eczema, knowing exactly what I needed.I left the store thinking about how nice she was and how much of an asset she is to your store/company.

Awful experience here. Every concealer I tried was sold out in my shade (despite saying they were in stock online) and when I tried to get assistance I was ignored. Almost every other customer who came into the store was given assistance, but I was completely ignored. Absolutely frustrating experience, felt very prejudiced based on my appearance or age.

I had a amazing experience with serenity she was super helpful and friendly she helped me pick out the perfect foundation and helped me with skincare would definitely recommend her!!

I went into your store today with my Mum and got assisted by Jez. He was so incredibly helpful with every product question we had and had a great amount of knowledge on each of the products. He made us feel very welcome and we will definitely be coming in to see him again.

5 stars for Shelly, I would give more if I could.Shelly was absolutely amazing, she made me feel comfortable & relaxed, she did my makeup so beautifully for my 21st birthday, even straightened my hair at the end, I felt so special, I will 100% be back to see Shelly next time I want a makeup lesson & I have already recommended her to family who also want to book in with her.

Really appalled by the management today. I tried to exchange a faulty product ($513 Baccarat Rouge 540 Extrait) and the manager was gaslighting me and refused to allow me to exchange the faulty product. Even though she acknowledged it was faulty and that there have been previous issues with the product. Proceeded to tell me that I “should have known the product was faulty”, and they would only accept a “lightly used” product so they can “still resell it” which is extremely concerning. The rest of the staff were lovely and helpful but the manager was condescending and rude. Being a level 4 member and never returning anything or exchanging anything I am extremely disappointed and it’s making me hesitant to ever return.

5 stars to the girl with wavy blonde hair that came to help and serve you were amazing and the only person who didn't ignore the fact I was in the shopTo all other staff - get trained ! There was 1 lady in the shop when I came in you all ignored to offer assistance but flocked to the younger kids who would not have been spending $ or would walk away with samplesAbsolutely disgraceful! If it wasn't for the lady whom came from out the back I would have been waiting even longerPac fair never has this issue and treat all customers equally not just the ones they think might make purchases

The girls are beyond helpful every time I visit this store. I always have a thousand questions before I’m ready to buy a product and the staff are so patient and willing to help. I was assisted by Brady today and she really went above and beyond. I couldn’t be more impressed. Thanks Brady!

Cancelled my make up appointment day before at 2pm because they accidentally booked it. (Send me 3 confirmations over text and email the week prior) and didn’t offer any sincere apologies. I had this appointment booked for a wedding which I didn’t bring any makeup of my own. So disappointing, for this reason alone I will never shop at Mecca again.
