First time I used this service it was great, the second time I got very poor service . I asked for my pool to be cleaned before xmas, the young man arrived, said the water level was too low to vacuum, took a pool sample, handed us a bottle of chemical (which did nothing) and left. This took all of 5 minutes. I was left without a clean pool AND a bill for over $100!! When I questioned the bill, I got a rude response about that being their standard fee, even when they don't perform the work requested. No longer happy.
