I’ve had quite a few carpet cleans before where all the stains and marks on carpets/couches/rugs are removed and the carpet gets fluffed up and so clean it looks brand new again…. unfortunately eco dry is not the same. We have a large house with quite a few rooms which usually with a lot of detail & deep clean would take hours, when I was told he expected to be done in a little over an hour for large house, rug and couch that to me was the first red flag. Before I left the house I noticed he had started using an old vacuum cleaner on the carpet, I asked if he was going to be using a more industrial machine with water etc which he said yes. I left the house only to return to what appeared to be an untouched couch still full of stains, rug still with stains, and I realised why he was vacuuming 1) to pick up the obvious few bits of mess, but 2) more importantly his circular machine does not go near walls or into corners meaning you’re not really getting the deep clean in all areas of carpet as desired. I’ll be sticking with a steam cleaner in the future

A team of champions who was able to save my end of lease carpet cleaning with a same day service, after I was played around by a very unreliable company.The Ecodry guys were very responsive, on time, very professional and got the job done for the quote offered over the phone.I highly recommend Ecodry and appreciated their quality service.

The carpets in my bedroom got flooded after I left a tap running.I left an enquiry with EcoDry close to midnight and they called me first thing in the morning and had someone come out immediately to check on the condition of my carpets. They used professional probes that take the guess work out of assessing the amount of water in the carpet.They set up their machines, gave me an excellent run down on how they work and what to do for the duration of the machines use at my house.They came and checked on my carpets after 4 days free of charge to check on the progress.After 7 days they came to inspect. Found no evidence of water after a thorough inspection and removed the machines. They even gave the carpets a quick clean before leaving.My carpet is now back to day 1 clean.

I just like to thank Adam, Amanda, Ray and Rob for being wonderful sports, and for doing a great job on my carpets and couches. It was ADAM that did the job and it was good to meet the other members of the team as they had popped in at the end of their work day. As a photographer, I ended up photographing them in my studio and it was so much fun. I’m really thank them for The great job that they did in helping me get my house ready for sale and the warmth and willingness to be subject in some portraits I did of them. I wonderful way to end a work day!

The guys were really responsive and worked in well with WFH calls that I had. They were very knowledgeable about pet urine stains and gave good advice. Great job on the couch and rug. I would use these guys again and highly recommend.

Been using Ecodry for the past few years and they never disappoint. Our pet keeps ruining our carpet as he's not trained properly. Ecodry is always quick to attend our property and carpet always comes up beautifully. Their prices are also cheaper than others. Good value for money and very high quality service. I wouldn't use anyone else for carpet cleaning in Canberra.
