Owner is amazing and there products are amazing. Anytime I need anything for my cats I come to this place, they have a variety of things and cheaper then anyone out there I no. Always come back AAAA++++ customer service no regrets

I came to this store in 2013 when I owned a different dog and then moved away from the area.Once I obtained some new pets and realised that the warehouse is on my way to work, I called back in and was happy to see that it was still open and still owned by the same gentleman.The range is bigger than ever, the prices are fantastic and the owner is lovely. He is extremely helpful and will order things if need be. There is no online store but you won't be disappointed if you go in store. I have taken several business cards and distributed them throughout my work (a specialist veterinary hospital) and all colleagues who have been have commented on how fantastic the warehouse is.

First time at this store and definitely the last!Customer service is possibly the worst I have experienced.Walked in and started looking around as there is an endless supply of stock and was asked if I needed anything to which I replied no thanks im just looking. This response seemed to amuse the owner who walked off.I continued to look around the store and again was approached, this time the owner states so you have no idea what you’re looking for? I’ve been here 9 years and I’ve never had anyone say I’m just looking. I thought that’s odd!I said is there an issue with looking around the store? He continued to tell me that it was weird that I was just looking.Would have loved to have purchase stock from a local independent store but when you are met with customer service like this, I’d rather shop elsewhere.This guy had made up his mind about me as soon as stepped foot in the doorI told him that I’d be leaving a review on his service and he stated that he would reply. Can’t wait to hear what lies you come up with here…………..

Awesome selection of all animals stuff . Dogs cats birds horses fish eg massive found what I needed where other shops didn’t stock awesome

Outstanding experience with Paws & Claws in Milperra. Went shopping for a new bed and couldn't decide what to pick. The owner was very helpful in giving us some feedback about the available options and friendly customer service.They have a lot of products in store at really good prices. I will be trying out their raw food range soon as it's reasonably priced stuff.Keep up the good work.
