Embellish Day Spa & Massage Albany Creek

I have been here twice now the first was for a couples massage which was amazing and very reasonably priced. The second was on the weekend I got a massage and facial with Samira. I've had a lot of massages over the time and the massage I had on the weekend was one of the best I've ever had, the pressure was perfect, not to hard but not to soft. I will definitely be back again!

Lynn is amazing and so kind! She is dedicated to providing high quality facials! I love coming every month, my skin always feels amazing! I highly recommend! Thank you!!!

Edit- I can confirm the $15 has been refunded to my account now, thanks.Everything was fine until I was swindled at the cash register. She would not accept my voucher saying I had already used it. It still had $15 left on it but she just kept saying the system says you used it. It was a $50 voucher that I had a $35 nail treatment done & that's why the staff member had written down $15 left & the date. No matter what I said she would not listen to me & just said oh well when I said it's not my fault if your system is broken & I won't be coming back. It was a horrible way to end my day. I had been planning on coming back but I will never again. It actually felt like it was a rehearsed response like it's what she would say to anyone trying to redeem the rest of a voucher. My friend spent $50 to buy me the voucher that apparently is only worth $35. What a rip off!!!

I have been to Embellish a couple of times.I recommend them for massages, I have come up lovely and relaxed.Today I tried a mani pedi and I can’t say I would recommend. My mani was a mess I had to go back and have it removed it looked so bad.So I wasted 2.5 hrs to leave with clean nails.To be fair they handled it very well and I might consider giving a second chance.To add to this review - I visited for a massage recently and was disappointed that the lady kept coming in and out of the massage - it broke my relaxation 4 times. Yes she gave an extra 2 minutes but the point is when in a massage you shouldn’t be left, that’s not the service I paid for.

I came in for a manicure and pedicure.The lady who did my nails was beyond lovely, but it was pretty clear that she didn't have the professional skills to be offering paid-for-service manicures or pedicures.My nails were cut unevenly, the cuticles not pushed back, and on three separate occasions she almost cut my skin while trimming my fingernails with blunt nail clippers. The polish on my toes was hastily applied and more of it was on my skin than the actual nail.I was really disappointed with the quality that I received, so I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I went there for the first time today and Lin was so lovely and friendly. I got a facial and came out feeling and looking fantastic. The ambiance is lovely and they have very clean and welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend going here and will be coming back again to try the other treatments and services they offer
