Melbourne Pathology Corio

Very polite staff, little to no waiting time and the male nurse is very efficient when drawing blood. No pain, professional and quick! I have attended this pathologist over 5 times and have consistently received good service!

Absolutely pathetic patient care! Lazy, slow service. Only reason I have given one star is, because it wouldn't let me leave zore stars!Melbourne Pathology opens at 8.30am. I arrived at 8.25, four people before me. After having to do a fasting blood test, and being fully aware that the four people before me are probably doing the same I waited and by 8.45am no one had been called for their blood test. My lack of food and caffeine made me angry that the person whom was supposed to be collecting the blood had not even made a show to do their job. No compassion for the patients, I left in disgust. I'm sure the person collecting blood had, had their breakfast and caffeine! Empathy for your patients would be the least you could do!

They are nice and do their best for their clients.

I have never had such a painful and traumatic experience. The male pathologist was quite rough. Iv never had someone press so hard on my arm, let alone press where the needle has been inserted before. Then to question why hr wasnt able to draw blood. Pretty sure he pressed through to the muscle, it's been 5 hours and my arm is still extremely painful where the needle was inserted. I never have pain afterwards. Just horrible.
