Been going here for the odd bike service and other bits and pieces for years. Always get experienced and detailed advice on bike issues and accessories. Just bought a child bike seat today that came recommended by the team and after a quick and easy install my daughter and I are stoked with it! Lucky to have such a good bike shop in the area!

Friendly and efficient service, very fair prices and excellent workmanship. I was having endless troubles with a couple of second hand wheels I picked up off Marketplace. Took them into the legends at Metro Cycles who laced them with some fresh spokes, and they've been faultless ever since. Will definitely be back next time I run into a problem I can't fix myself (or end up making worse!).

Absolutely brilliant service! The guys were more than helpful and fitted my headset to my frame on the spot and at a fraction of the cost of competitors and also loaned me a BB tool, after leaving a refundable deposit, when they didn't have one to sell me in stock.I've been a MTB enthusiast for 25yrs and am delighted to have found a shop which is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly with zero elitist pretentious attitude you may find in other stores.Thanks again for your help.

We were recommended Metro Cycles by our neighbour as we wanted to take the plunge on an electric cargo bike. Bernie showed us all the different options and wasn't pushy with making a sell. We ended up buying a Spicy Curry Yuba. Seriously has been the best investment for our family.We don't need a second car, we can fit all 3 kids on there for our school run and rides to the park.We should have bought it years ago.

Bought an excellent second hand Dutch-style bike. I have been back a few times with some saddle-difficulties. Every staff member was very patient with me and they kept advising me and trying different options.I'm super glad with my purchase. Recommended to everyone!
