Got hired as a Christmas casual between DEC 22 - FEB 23, in the first month was given 3 shifts, then was fired 3 days before Christmas the only reason given was “your contract was up”I signed a 3 month contract and they ended it without further explanation.Whilst on shift I was made to feel stupid and unworthy and wasn’t allowed to do anything especially working with Lauren who wouldn’t say more than 30 words to me over 4 hours and every single one of them was rude, negative and downgrading.My favourite candle shop now ruined because of the management of the Raymond Terrace Store.I was originally hired by the area manger who was absolutely lovely and on our opening day I met the state manger who ways also lovely. It’s just a shame that the store management aren’t lovely or nice. Now I have to go looking else’s for my candles. Sorry dusk you’ve lost my business now that I’ve been treated like that. Treat your employees well and you’ll have customers for life.That’s one of my suggestions.
