THE STAFF THERE THERE WAS THIS FINE GENTLEMENT NAMED BILLY! HE WAS AMAZING!!! HE MADE FANTASTIC FRIED CHICKEN WITH AMAZING SERVICE!!! PROMOTE THIS MAN!!! Good service ,food lovely, wanted to eat in but eating area very unclean tables look dirty, floor has spilled softdrinks, although tables are wiped there is still food and a gross dried on wipe marks on all tables

We had the unfortunate mis judgement of going to mpna kfc tonight around 8pm for dinner. We walked in and couldn't hear each other speak the music was so loud. The music also contained foul language . This song resulted in them turning it up louder!! Thank goodness there were no little ones with us. Our food was ok. The Fillet in the burger was overcooked. Bit hard to bite through. And then to top it off as we were seated, eating. They turned off the lights. So we left. I would say the music went back up straight after. I don't know who owns this store but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be pleased with the total disrespect their staff showed to their customers and to them. The people that gave them a job!!! Won't be a returning customer thats for sure!! which will probably go for our extended family and friends as well... oh and the one star I gave for service was for the young girl who bought serviettes to us. Would not recommend!!

Very disappointed with our order. Got a double bacon stacked meal and got told that it doesn’t come with a drink so I bought another one even when the machine said it comes with a Pepsi max and regular fries. I also asked for no lettuce and for some extras and we just got the normal burger. I also got another meal that was just nuggets and popcorn chicken and asked for different sauces but they gave me the wrong ones. Only good thing about this meal was the fries that I had to pay separately. Also there burger was chewing and was hard.

Hey guys. Try turning the music down and concentrate on your customers. We won't be be back. Take away for 5. Burger feast plus extras. Forgot half the order. Chicken in the burgers was like rubber. Tables absolutely disgusting. We live 45 minutes away so 1 of us had a sandwich which was a whole lot better than your burgers. To top it off no one answered the phone when I rang and the message told me to press the pound key. Yeah ok .... this is Australia.

Bloody wrong order again, Gees we are over mooroopna KFC, might need to supervise staff better. Looks like we won't be a patron any more. Boss not in store so will see if imfo gets passed on.

The filthiest kfc I’ve ever seen. Wasn’t busy so it’s not like the workers don’t have time to clean. The toilets were atrocious, looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.
