I discovered Kyokushin, training under Sempai Aziz in his dojo for a little over a year and I can only say that his depth of understanding of his art, its scientific and philosophical principles, his teaching methods and character and the impact it has had (however apparently little) on my own personal development are nothing short of incredible.. I unfortunately moved away from this area and have not visited this dojo or Kyokushin Karate for a while now.. and that is a fire which must be rekindled. Cheers Sempai Aziz for your awesome life’s work.
