PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!They are disgusting and all they care about is the money they couldn’t care less about the health of any of the animals there. I would never get another animal from there again after the way we have been treated. I now no longer have a cat I got from them as she was infected with fiv so clearly a lot of other people will be loosing there pets. The place isn’t clean I couldn’t even walk through the kennels to have a look due to the smell. Our poor kitten only lived for 4months we were told she was vet checked but she never was as we called the vet and they had no records at all of them seeing her. So please don’t go and get a family pet from them! They find it hilarious when you call them to let them know that the animal is unwell they said just bring her back and we will sell her to someone else or put her down. They won’t pay to treat the animals. Also we were told that if you don’t get this cat by this date then they will just put her down and the siblings they had only been there a few days before we called about buying her. Unfortunately I have to give one star as there isn’t an option for no stars or negative stars.

Staff were very caring about the animals and gave me time and assistance in finding the perfect dog for my family. Stella (now Missy) is a beautiful dog who is gentle and much loved.

Had my puppy handed in to the ladies up here and they called to let me know as soon as he arrived there. They were incredibly helpful and sympathetic to the situation.

Jasper is our new fur baby. Kennels are clean and dogs are happy.

What a special place. Staff are caring and professional,premises are clean and well- maintained and the animals seem as happy as possible under the circumstances. At least they don't know there's a death sentence hanging over them if they're not adopted. If you're in that area please consider getting your next pet there.

The fact that you don’t check you dogs for diseases before someone gets their heart set on that dog is disgusting. And then you won’t even pay to treat him so a beautiful animal has to get put down. why should it be the new owners responsibility when all the dogs should be healthy before being shown to be adopted.

Went to get another cat or kitten. Very pleasing to see, and smell, the clean, comfortable enclosures for the cats. The kittens had a good array of toys to play with and things to climb on and in. Collecting our new furry family member tomorrow.

Our first time purchasing a rescue dog and we couldn’t be happier! Julie and her team were absolutely amazing. ‘Sophie’ has found her forever home with us, she is SO loved. Please if you can rescue a pet, it was the best thing we have done plus we feel great for saving a beautiful life! Thank you for all the lovely work you do Julie xx
