With the assistance of Moses and the staff at Flooring & More my wife and I chose, for our apartment, a new hybrid floor product, Integra from Pegulan. We are thrilled with the beautiful result. What an amazing experience at flooring!!! Moses was so knowledgeable and informative. I went to several other stores and the service was incompatible.. Moses communication and delivery was excellent. He came several times to make sure that the project was done perfectly. I just can't fault this team..I have now recommended them to everyone in my family. Also the price was great, quality products!!! Thank you Moses and team. I am just do happy.

We used Flooring and More to purchase and install new hybrid flooring in our house. It was a big job and Moses was excellent to deal with from start to finish. His customer service, attention to detail and willingness to help are second to none. I'd highly recommend this company.

I was very happy with the service and product we received from Flooring and More. Moses was a pleasure to deal with- friendly, knew his stuff, and was easy to organise installation dates with, even though our own schedule changed a number of times for other reasons! And best of all we are very happy with our new wool carpet which looks and feels great.

Moses and his team were outstanding. It’s when things don’t go according to plan that you get the true measure of a business and their customer service. Moses kept me up to date when my flooring installation was delayed due to the unexpected discovery of a product that had to be removed before installation could proceed. He was always calm and professional. I would highly recommend Flooring and More.

Moses was an amazing help from start to finish. I initially wanted floorboards however it wasn’t an option in my complex but he was super helpful and supportive when I had simple or complex questions. He delivered boards to my house for testing, I ended up with carpet which is lovely, well priced.Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks Moses!

We could not have been happier with Flooring and More. Moses was brilliant - attentive and incredibly helpful bringing samples to our home and actively assisted in our choice. He genuinely really cares about the customer and their products and I would honestly say the customer service was far superior to other flooring stores that we’ve used in the past. Communication was great - we were kept regularly informed and updated through the process. The installers were on time, professional and proactive in their advice and support. We honestly couldn’t have been happier and our new carpet looks fabulous! Thanks team!

I highly recommend Flooring and More - they go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied with the end result.Their shop has many choices to pick from, and they were able to accommodate my request to get the installation done in a quick turn around time, and having the installation completed on a weekend was very much appreciated.On the day of install, I found their team of installers to be hard working and efficient.And shout out to Moses for being very helpful and customer focused from start to end - he patiently answered all my questions, helped me to narrow down my carpet options and he was transparent during the quoting process regarding costs. He was also available on the day of install to organise to get a tricky carpet join resolved by their team of carpet magicians and I appreciated the carpet care tips he shared.Thank you Moses and the team at Flooring and More - my new carpet looks and feels amazing!!!
