Simply Amazing! I have nothing bad to say about the real estate or our property manager Karen. She has gone above and beyond to make sure both myself and parter are taken care of and sees to maintenance jobs quickly and efficiently. Aaron sold for more than asking price and within 3 days! Aaron is amazing! He has sold our house for us and we have referred Aaron to our friends and family when they have wanted to sell - recently he sold my sisters block for more than asking price and within 3 days! Aaron is meticulous with his contracts to ensure there is understanding between the buyer and seller as to what is and is not included. Aaron is 100% legit and not pushy but will get you the results you want.

Classy͏ Character from start to finish!!Aaron is very engaging from the first viewing of our property to handover. He has great local knowledge, understanding of the house and its idiosyncrasies (and there were a lot).Standing in the 40 degree heat whilst inspecting the house and grounds was a challenge for all, Aaron ensured us and the sellers were looked after. Aaron was supportive, engaging and kept his sense of humour throughout the wheeling and dealing. I would definitely work with Aaron again.

Thorough, fair, unbiased and great communications. Our experience with New Edge has been hassle free and communications are efficient and thorough. Karen has a wealth of experience and is proactive in making sure issues are resolved quickly and also in managing the finances, letting us know we'll ahead of time if we have any payments that may need attention.We have had professionalism and kindness but with a very clear communication of expectations as we have entered into the lease agreement. I would highly recommend New Edge to both the Landlord and tenant. They are unbiased and fair in all of their dealings.
